1. Introduction

Welcome to Printins Direct. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

  • By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products & Custom-Made Items

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Minor variations may occur.

  • Custom-made and 3D printed items are made to order and are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrectly produced by Printins Direct.

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order using accepted payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We use Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service for UK deliveries.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • For lost or delayed deliveries, we will work with Royal Mail (or delivery partners) to locate your parcel. If undelivered, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days. Upon return of the damaged item, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

  • We offer international shipping to the USA. For other countries, please contact us for a custom quote.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Custom-made or 3D printed items are exempt from the 30-day return window unless faulty or due to an error by Printins Direct.

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the fault lies with Printins Direct.

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

7. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Orders for custom items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • If you purchased through eBay or Amazon, cancellations must be processed through the respective platform.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of a successful cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including images, product designs, and text, are owned by or licensed to Printins Direct.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Printins Direct shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
