Printins Direct Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Printins Direct. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.
Standard Product Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging.
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by Printins Direct.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3D Printing Services & Custom-Made Items
Items produced through our 3D printing service or any custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable under the 30-day returns policy.
Returns or refunds for these items will only be accepted if the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or if there has been an error on our part.
In such cases, Printins Direct will cover the return postage and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
How to Request a Return
If you purchased through our website, you can request a return by logging into your account, clicking on "Returns", or by emailing 3dservices@printinsdirect.co.uk.
If you purchased through eBay or Amazon, you must process your return request through the respective selling platform’s return system.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error by Printins Direct.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover return postage and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
