This includes, but is not limited to:
Product designs and 3D models
Product images and photographs
Written content, articles, and descriptions
Graphics, logos, and branding assets
Videos, tutorials, and digital media content
Physical products manufactured or sold through Printins Direct (including custom-made items)
All items sold through Printins Direct remain the intellectual property of Printins Direct, and purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design rights or reproduction rights to the buyer.
Reproduction & Infringement
The unauthorised reproduction, duplication, copying, modification, distribution, or resale of any product, design, or content owned by Printins Direct is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to:
Reverse engineer, replicate, or mass-produce our products (physical or digital files)
Resell our products without authorisation
Distribute or share our 3D model files, images, or designs
will be considered a direct infringement of our Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright Law.
Infringements will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to:
Cease & Desist orders
DMCA takedown notices (Digital Millennium Copyright Act)
Claims for financial damages and loss of business
Pursuit of legal remedies through the courts of England and Wales
Reporting Copyright Infringement
